Solution: Writing Services: Information Memorandum, Prospectus & OIS  Go the top of the pile with a professional IM or Prospectus. Principals of our firm work with a solicitor to ensure your documentation is legally thorough. Sample documents available for intersted customers.

Once the documentation is completed, clients have an option to submit their investment proposal to our Investor Funding Panel for their consideration. This is a free value add service and funding negotiations occur directly between the client and interested Investors or Fund Managers. Due the degree of thoroughness and stringent processes in our document preparation, only documentation we is submitted to our Investor Funding Panel.

Solution: Investor Relations Service.

This program covers all aspects of investor funding preparation as outlined in the diagram below. The program typically runs over 3 months. Depending on the development of the matter investors may be approached very early on in order to commence negotiations. This service s uits clients looking for a medium or longer term relationship and personal reprsentation to the investment community. Some clients may also qualify for the COMET govt. grant- up to $64,000 which if approved, would cover the cost of this program and other necessary expenses.
