Nigel Catt and Theo Afkoudias are the Principals of InvestorFunding.com.au and www.businessplans.com.au and have been involved in strategic business planning since 2000. Having helped numerous businesses with their strategic business plans, they have leveraged into investor funding services in 2006 to give their clients an alternative funding option to traditional debt funding.
Since then, this team has helped many businesses across varying industries with personalised investor funding solutions.
The investor funding solution needs to accommodate the needs of three parties; the entreprenuers , the Australian Corporations Act and the investors . Each need to be accommodated for there to be a way forward.
Nigel Catt's background prior to his involvement with business planning and investor funding services, includes marketing specialist roles both within Australia and overseas. Roles include marketing of business software in Australia and London and corporate hospitalisty in Malaysia.
Theo Afkoudias' background prior to 2000 includes strategic marketing consulting roles in the IT and Telcos Industry with earlier experience in accounting roles. Afkoudias has a Bachelor of Economics Degree (Accounting) and a Masters in Business (Marketing). He has been invited as a Speaker on investor funding and business planning by Accounting groups and the Ausmedtech 08 conference.
Nigel and Theo have a team of both Senior Consultants and Consultants who work with them to provide the highest level of service.
