Where there is nothing quick and easy about the process, we will match our client's commitment and work with them over the long term to help them reach their immediate and longer term capital funding needs. Our experience has shown that an ill prepared matter will not attract any investor funding irrespective of how many investors it is seen by. Investor funding is not a numbers game. Anyone seeking an endless investor list to market a matter to in hope that one will 'bite' will find that we are not the service for them. What we do is work with our customers on their business to prepare it and position it such that investors are likely to want to invest in it. The catch is that this takes work. Often what is involved is business modeling or reengineering, business planning, thorough risk assessments and mitigation strategies, legal input, valuations and the list goes on.
